Services

Reception

Our friendly reception team is available to answer your questions and fulfill your requests from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. You also receive all hotel information, as well as information about the numerous activities within the vacation region of Seefeld. At the reception – many services may also be booked there.
Arrival and departure: On arrival day, we hold your room ready for you from 2 p.m. On departure day, we request that you leave the room by 11 a.m.

Kids Club

A playroom for children offers the best of fun and entertainment for our small guests: Airhockey, Playstation, a table tennis board, as well as a children’s program for children from 5 years of age, which changes daily, ensure that no boredom arises. Child care – even during the evenings – can be organized upon demand.

Beauty & Wellness

The Olympic Sport and Congress Center, newly opened in 2007, is located directly next to Hotel Wetterstein, which is connected to the hotel by a glass tunnel. Magnificent swimming landscapes/areas and numerous beauty and wellness packages invite you to experience relaxation and luxury.
All services may be booked directly in the hotel.

Restaurant and sun terrace

The best view is provided by our newly designed, large Sun Terrace and our Panorama restaurant. You can enjoy international specialties from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. including an unparalleled view of the romantic town of Seekirchl and the Tyrolean mountain world. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., either as 3 course menu or à la carte.
High-chairs and a small play corner are available for children in the restaurant.

Business Center

Our guests can find seven computers in the lobby, which are all equipped with an Internet connection, and may be used for free.

Luggage and Sport Equipment Room

A luggage room for the storage of luggage on arrival or departure day is located in the hotel lobby. A further room is available for the storage of summer or winter sports equipment.

Parking

Automobiles may park for free on the parking lot directly in front of the hotel or in the parking garage of the neighbouring Olympic Sports and Congress Center for the duration of hotel stay.
